Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Sironova website, iPhone app, Apple Watch companion, and related services for workout planning, nutrition logging, insights, and AI-assisted food or recipe features.

By creating an account, joining the beta, or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Sironova.

1. What Sironova is

Sironova is a fitness and nutrition service built around weekly workout planning, active workout logging, nutrition tracking, Apple Watch continuity, and optional AI features that help users parse meals or recipe ingredients faster.

We may change, improve, pause, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time, especially while the product is still in beta or rolling out new features.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Sironova.

By using the service, you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using Sironova on behalf of another person or organization, you confirm that you have authority to do so.

3. Accounts and security

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You may not share access in a way that bypasses the limits of your selected plan.
  • You must tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed or used without permission.

4. Health, safety, and medical disclaimer

Sironova is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services. Workout suggestions, calorie targets, nutrition summaries, and AI-generated outputs are informational tools only.

  • Do not use Sironova as a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, or mental-health advice.
  • If you have an injury, medical condition, eating disorder history, pregnancy, allergy concern, or any other health-related question, consult a qualified professional before relying on the service.
  • You are responsible for reviewing food, exercise, and plan details before acting on them.

5. AI-assisted features

If you use the AI food assistant or recipe tools, you may submit text and optional images so Sironova can generate meal components, estimates, or ingredient suggestions.

Those outputs can be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable for your needs. You remain responsible for reviewing what gets saved or followed.

6. Acceptable use

  • Do not misuse the service, interfere with other users, or attempt to access data that is not yours.
  • Do not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or probe the service in a way that could harm availability or security.
  • Do not upload unlawful, abusive, infringing, or deceptive content.
  • Do not use Sironova to create or distribute harmful nutrition or workout guidance for others.

7. Plans, subscriptions, and billing

Single

EUR 4.99 monthly or EUR 49.99 annually.

Family Sharing

EUR 6.99 monthly or EUR 69.99 annually.

Duo

EUR 7.99 monthly or EUR 79.99 annually for two people.

  • If you purchase through the Apple App Store, Apple may handle billing, renewals, and refunds under its own terms and the law that applies to your purchase.
  • The Family Sharing tier is intended for subscriptions purchased through Apple channels that support Apple Family Sharing. Availability can depend on Apple platform rules, region, and household settings.
  • The Duo plan is intended for up to two named users. It may not be resold or expanded beyond the number of included members.
  • Prices may change for future billing periods, but we should tell you before a changed price takes effect.
  • Subscriptions renew until cancelled. If you cancel, access typically continues through the end of the current paid period unless applicable law says otherwise.

8. Beta access

Some Sironova features may be offered as private beta or preview tools. Beta features may be incomplete, change quickly, contain bugs, or be withdrawn without notice.

9. Intellectual property

Sironova, its design, software, branding, content, and underlying service features remain the property of Sironova or its licensors. These terms give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive right to use the service as intended.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these terms, create security risk, abuse beta access, fail to pay applicable fees, or use the service unlawfully. You may stop using the service at any time.

11. Liability

Sironova is provided on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated here, including implied warranties of uninterrupted availability, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and nothing limits mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.

12. EU and consumer rights

If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, mandatory consumer protection rules still apply to your use of Sironova. These terms should be read alongside those rights, not as a replacement for them.

If you purchase a digital service online, additional information, cancellation, conformity, and remedy rules may apply under local consumer law and platform rules.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product, pricing, or legal structure evolves. If a change is material, we will update the date above and may provide additional notice inside the app or on the website.
